Cappadocia is a big area; however, hotels are mainly located in below 6 towns in Nevsehir Province. 
Goreme, Urgup, Avanos, Uchisar, Ortahisar, Cavusin

Two common ways:
1. By bus to Nevsehir and then transfer to your hotel by local bus or taxi.

Depends on where your hotel is located, you can also check if the bus goes directly to the town your hotel is located.

2. By airplane. There are two airports to reach Cappadocia: Nevsehir Airport (Also called Cappadocia Airport, code NAV). It is about 40km away from Goreme. Kayseri Airport (code ASR), it is about 75 km away from Goreme. 

The easiest way to go from airport to your hotel is by booking airport shuttle in advance. There are shared shuttle and private shuttle available.

Shared economic shuttle is 16 USD per person one way, or 30 USD per person round trip. Private shuttle is 90 USD for up to 6 passengers one way. If you have more people, please contact us for rate.

April, May, June, September, October, and November are the most comfortable weather to visit Cappadocia, the temperature is between 10 to 30 C. However, many guests also enjoy visiting Cappadocia throughout the year to see the four seasons of the region. In the winter you can also ski in mountain Erciyes, about 70 km away from Cappadocia.

The temperature during day and night can be 10 to 20 C degree difference, so we recommend to wear layers. In addition, this area is very dry, lip balm and lotion are helpful. Also when the sun is out, it is strongly advised to wear sunblock, sunglasses and hats.
